The project includes the transformation of existing buildings and the construction of a new one. The structures are designed to align with their surroundings in both scale and expression. TOTO serves as lead architect for the concept design and the detailed zoning plan. The detailed zoning plan was approved in the fall of 2025, and the work will continue as the project moves into the next phases of development.
