The project is composed of several low concrete buildings arranged around a pool and a garden. Each building volume has a clear function, such as gym, spa, lounge, garage, and guesthouse. The structures are connected by roof planes and open passages, allowing easy movement between them. Large openings provide direct contact with the garden, and existing vegetation is kept where possible. The layout is straightforward, functional, and designed for use throughout the year.
