The detailed regulation for Gamle Ringeriksvei 6 was considered in Bærum municipality’s planning committee on 27 November 2025 and received unanimous approval. The decision marks an important step for the project and allows the work to proceed toward the next phase.

Final approval by the Bærum Municipal Council is expected on 4 February.
